FourC Health is a modern primary care practice offering personalized, affordable, and physician-led care through a flat monthly membership that covers all services provided at our clinic. Powered by our intuitive mobile app, we provide direct access to the physician for same day or next business day visits, messaging, and ongoing support for all primary care needs. Our transparent model makes high-quality care easier to access, simpler to use, and cost-effective. We are currently serving the Albuquerque area in NM.
Your membership fees cover our practice expenses, allowing us to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care for you. With over 18 years of experience in primary care, weight management, and hospital medicine in Albuquerque, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient-focused care. I completed my residency at the University of New Mexico Family Medicine program in 2009 and I am board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. I have established and led the non-surgical medical weight loss clinic at the RUST Presbyterian Medical Services from 2022 to 2025. Throughout my career, I have cared for a diverse range of patients with varying medical complexities in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
My vision for FourC Health is to deliver care that is compassionate, convenient, capable, and cost-effective – values that are reflected in my practice name.
When not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching Netflix shows/movies, and finding moments to relax and recharge.
